Sorry for the late posting... Here's what we're up to this week...
-Today (Tuesday) and tomorrow we'll begin writing the grade 6 provincial assessments. These will focus on reading comprehension and writing. An information brochure went home last night with students about these assessments.
- The breakfast program is currently looking for donations of spreads (butter, jam and cheez whiz). We really appreciate your help. :)
- Grade 6's are selling ice cream sandwiches as part of our trip fundraising. Cost is $1 and they will be handed out on Wednesday.
- The provincial heritage fair will be held next Friday (May 20th). Information went home yesterday for all students who will be attending.
- We are coming close to finishing our math unit on fractions, ratio and percent. We'll have a test this coming Monday to finish up that unit.
